The Underground Magnetics Armor VTX85 is a high-performance HDD transmitter (sonde) for extended-range locating and demanding jobs, built to fit standard Ditch Witch housings, with dedicated Ditch Witch-compatible housings included, so mixed fleets can run one transmitter. It has 16 selectable frequencies from 0.325 kHz to 41 kHz and runs on three rechargeable 18650 lithium batteries. Up to 100 hours in low power; up to 279 ft (85 m) range in high power.
