Overview

This website is operated by Gator HDD Supply, LLC ("Gator HDD," "we," "us"). By visiting the site or ordering from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Products and pricing

We try to keep product information, photos, fitment notes, and prices accurate, but errors happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may cancel or correct any order affected by a pricing or description error and will refund any payment taken. Compatibility notes ("fits," "works with") are for guidance. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part fits your machine, thread, and application before ordering. Call us if you are unsure.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. If none is stated, they are valid for 7 days, subject to availability.

Orders and payment

An order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel any order. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged when we confirm the order and are ready to ship. Prices are in US dollars.

Accounts and information

Information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for any activity on your order and contact details.

Use of equipment

Horizontal directional drilling and utility locating are hazardous. Products we sell must be used by trained persons following the equipment manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws, including calling 811 before digging. Product descriptions are not safety or engineering advice.

Brand names

Ditch Witch, Vermeer, DigiTrak, Subsite, Hunting, StraightLine, Radius, Ballantine, and other names are the property of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or the products we resell. We are an independent supplier unless stated otherwise.

Warranty and liability

Manufacturer warranties, where they apply, are provided by the manufacturer. Except as stated in our Return Policy, products are sold as-is, and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for lost production, downtime, damage from drilling operations, or indirect or consequential losses.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites and documents (such as manufacturer sheets). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

Site text, photos, and design belong to us or our suppliers. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the site when you order applies.
