Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Online orders ship from our Richland, Mississippi and Broussard, Louisiana locations. Pickup is available at our locations; call ahead so the order is ready.

Processing time

In-stock items normally ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM Central, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. If an item is not in stock, we will call or email you with the lead time before shipping.

Small and standard items

Parcel orders ship by UPS or FedEx Ground. The shipping rate at checkout is based on weight and destination. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Freight items

Drill pipe, reamers, rubber tracks, mud systems, totes, and other heavy or oversized items ship by LTL freight. The checkout does not charge an automatic rate for these. We will contact you with a freight quote, and your order is not charged for freight until you approve it. Freight is delivered to the curb or dock; you are responsible for unloading unless liftgate service was arranged.

Free shipping

Free shipping applies only to items marked as such on the product page (such as locator packages).

Jobsite delivery

For jobsite delivery from our Richland or Broussard locations, call us for availability and pricing.

Damage and missing packages

Report damage or missing items within 7 days of the delivery date. See the Return Policy.

Address and delivery issues

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss from an incorrect address. If a carrier returns a package to us, we will contact you; reshipping charges apply.

Taxes

Sales tax is charged where required by law. Out-of-state shipments are not charged Mississippi sales tax.
