StraightLine HDD 3″ Vermeer® compatible transmitter housing bored for DCI DigiTrak F5 and Falcon transmitters, in the Vermeer small (6-bolt, 1/2″) bit bolt pattern with a 2-3/8″ FS1 box connection (StraightLine's equivalent catalog item is 1201-201-10). Precision machined from 4145HT, with a through-hardened nose piece that runs 1/8″ larger than the housing body to take the wear. The housing saver is replaceable. Accepts 2-cell DCI, Spot-D-Tek and Radiodetection transmitters and Vermeer compatible bits. Fits Vermeer D23x30, D24x40 and D33x44 rigs running 2-3/8″ FS1 (FS600) rod; a housing saver is required to run a starter rod.
