6″ Certa-Lok pulling head, series 654, for pulling Certa-Lok restrained-joint PVC pipe behind an HDD reamer. The pulling head locks into the Certa-Lok spline groove on the lead joint, so the pull load goes through the same restrained joint used between pipe sections.
